TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS:
50% advance payment of entire works is essential to start the work and remaining 50% at the time to finalize the design. Let us know once you made the payment in our bank account. Because we cannot recognize where the payment comes from.

CLIENT APPROVAL & REVISIONS:
The Client shall be entitled to three revisions after the initial works are submitted by the Designer. Those are chargeable client has a lot of changes to make. The Client has to collect the printing file within 15 days.

CONCEPTS FROM CLIENT:
Will collect all the information/ideas/concepts from the client before starting the designing. Not entertained any further ideas/concepts from the client when the work started.

CLIENT APPROVAL:
The first design proof will send through Whatsapp within three working days after the payment. Corrections/changes in the proof will update within 1 working day. If there are a lot of changes to be make will take maximum 2 working days. The finished design file will send to email of the client/printing company.

CANCELLATION FEES:
In the event of Cancellation, Designer will be compensated for services performed through the date of cancelation in the amount of a prorated portion of the fees due.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
The client has to make sure that the design does not contain any mistakes (spelling, height, width, length, and Color). Then after client can ask the Design file. We are not responsible for the mistakes recognized after sending the design for printing.

DESIGNER RIGHTS:
We will place the finished designs in our website www.designcoreads.com for the promotion of the brand as well as to enhance our portfolio strength after 2 weeks since the design finished. But client’s all contact details would be confidential always.
