Once we get a customer enquiry, we send a detailed quote. Once our quote is accepted the customer is required to make 50% advance payment to facilitate us to start the work. Within 5 working days we shall send 2 design proofs. If the customer has any changes to be made, it will be done and sent to the customer for approval. After the full payment is made by the customer, the final design file will be handed over to them.
